About
Built in 1972 Cresta Palos Verdes is centrally located on the Palos Verdes Peninsula. Our community consists of 92 townhomes and condominiums. The property lies within the coveted “La Cresta” area of Rolling Hills Estates, with sweeping ocean views. The association has 2 tennis courts, pool, spa, clubhouse, and a gym. On a day-to-day basis, Scott Management Company manages the property at the direction of the association's Board of Directors.
The City of Rolling Hills Estates officially became Los Angeles County’s 60th municipality on September 18, 1957. Today there are 30 neighborhood areas within the community, each with its own special character, architectural style, and Homeowners’ Association. These Associations often represent citizens directly before the City Council and serve as neighborhood social organizations as well. The city takes an active role in maintaining the high quality of life that makes this community such an attractive place to live. As in the past, today’s emphasis in managing the City is placed upon preserving its rural residential character and, at the same time, providing the best possible services to its citizens.
We have many local parks and recreations areas within walking distance. To include the Palos Verdes Land Conservatory, Point Vicente Interpretive Center, and the famous Point Vicente Light House. Just minutes away you will find the best shopping, dining, and entertainment venues on the Palos Verdes Peninsula. A short drive down the coast you will find the luxurious Terranea resort.
Our community boasts an average of 9.3 out of 10 on the annual BestPlaces Comfort Index, which means it is one of the most pleasant places in California. On average, we have 277 sunny days per year.
With its central location, award winning schools, climate, and outdoor opportunities, Cresta Palos Verdes is truly one of the best places to live in California.
