Who do I contact if there's an emergency?
- If you have a medical emergency, need fire or police services, please call 911 first.
After you are safe, please contact the management company.
- Requests for any Maintenance, Landscape or Architecture issue requiring urgent attention should be immediately brought to the attention of the management Company by phone and followed up with a written request. Landscape and Architectural Request forms are on the this website for download, in the Clubhouse lobby, and can also be requested as postal mail or email from the management company.
Do I need to tell the board if I’m going to make a change to my home?
- Short Answer: Yes!
- Owners and tenants are not permitted to alter the exterior appearance or features of a unit without the written permission of the HOA Board via the management co. Architecture changes include replacing windows and doors, any planting or pots outside your patio, and adding visible amenities to the outside of a unit such as benches, decorations, etc
- Architectural changes also include any modification to structure and buildings such as modifications to the roof (i.e. solar panels) to load bearing walls, electrical and/or plumbing features inside common walls, and anything that might be visible from or otherwise affect any other units, or be visible from the street.
- All Architectural modifications or changes require written approval of the CPV HOA Board. Thehomeowner is required to first submit a written Architecture Request form to the management company. for HOA Board consideration, and you must receive written approval before proceeding with any modification or change. Architectural Request forms are available on this website, in the Clubhouse lobby, and can also be requested as postal mail or email from the management co. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to also obtain city and county approvals as required.
