Board Meeting Minutes

The Cresta Palos Verdes Homeowners Associations is governed by a set of board members. The board members hold regular meetings to discuss community issues and vote on action items. This can include anything from the budget, the status of an ongoing projects, or creating new rules, to purchasing new equipment for the pool or gym. During these meetings, someone takes minutes. These “minutes” are essentially a written record of the discussions and decisions made during the meeting.
